- On or about 06-Apr-96 21:22:24 The Prophet typed the following words about
- "Termination on Quantum SCSI drive". My reply is thus...
-
- Hi The,
-
-
- TP> Where do I change the termination on a Quantum SCSI
- TP> drive? I want to turn it off.
-
- TP> Thanx,
-
- TP> Jaeson K.

- I have 3 Quantums. 52 meg, 105 meg and a 730 meg. They all have termination
- resistor packs on the drive PC board right next to the 50 pin SCSI connector.
- There are three packs per drive and they are black on all three of my drives.
- They might look like they are soldered in but they are not. Just carefully
- pull them out. And don't forget to put them in a safe place incase you ever
- need to replace them. :<)
